    That is really scary. If police are charged with upholding the law, they should actually know the law first. They should also treat members of the public with courtesy and respect. They are here to protect us, not harass us! Send that guy back to police college!

    So why aren’t these “police officers” disciplined for their complete misunderstanding of the law, which they are using to intimidate members of the public?
